Kenneth is a Finance professional with +12 years of post-qualification experience in finance and management. With him comes extensive experience in budget planning, financial forecasts, management reporting, external audits, risk management, and regulatory financial reporting requirements in accordance with IFRS principles.

He has managed multiple financial projects such as the ERP Migration, Consolidation, and mapping of Chart of accounts, bank reconciliation automation, SAP implementation, Fixed Assets physical verification, and tagging exercise, to mention but a few. All this, he did while ensuring that the concerned companies met all legal and ethical requirements during business operations in a fast-paced environment.

In June 2010, Kenneth joined Unilever Kenya Ltd as the Reporting Accountant, East & Southern Africa, overseeing month-end activities. He then took over SAP implementation and centralized ERP reporting for the entities in 2012. This saw him get promoted to Southern Africa General ledger controller, in South Africa where he led the controlling function for Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

In September 2016, he moved back to the country, where he worked for Unilever Kenya Limited as the Information and Reporting Accountant, in East Africa and Emerging Markets. He later joined Coca-Cola Beverages Africa as the Plant Financial Accountant for Rift Valley Bottlers Ltd after which he was promoted to Group Financial Accountant a year later. He served this position until December 2022 which saw him join Longhorn Publishers PLC (Listed in NSE) as the Group Financial Controller, reporting to the CFOO and MD.

He joined Stratex Alignment Solutions as a Senior Manager – Consulting, Finance Transformation Projects Division.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce – Finance Major, from the University of Nairobi and currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University.
