Jacky joined Stratex Alignment Solutions in 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and currently pursuing an M.A. in Corporate Communications.

Jacky has served in different capacities in client relations, customer service, and Administration. She has a wealth of experience having worked as a Relationship Management Executive at Controls Group Limited, a global leader in the production of Testing Equipment for the construction industry with a Head Office in Milan and more than 100 dealers and distributors around the world.

Before that, she worked with Ziki Media Group Limited, an advertising agency as an Administration Assistant, attending to the company’s visitors, and managing their company page as well as other clients’ social media pages. She was later promoted to a Business Account Manager where she served as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, from consultation through to execution.
